• Students must be polite, respectful, and well-mannered at all times.
• Respect towards teachers, staff, classmates, and school property is compulsory.
• Use of bad language, bullying, fighting, or misbehavior is strictly prohibited.
• Students must follow instructions given by teachers and school authorities.
Attendance & Punctuality
• Regular attendance is mandatory.
• Students must arrive at school on time.
• Absence without prior information or leave application is discouraged.
• Continuous absence may lead to disciplinary action.
Uniform & Appearance
• Students must wear clean and proper school uniform.
• Hair, nails, and overall appearance should be neat and disciplined.
• Fancy accessories, jewelry, or inappropriate hairstyles are not allowed.
Academic Responsibility
• Students must complete homework, classwork, and assignments regularly.
• Students should bring required books and stationery daily.
• Cheating in exams or tests is a serious offence.
Language & Values
• Students are encouraged to speak English inside the school campus.
• Moral values such as honesty, kindness, respect, and responsibility are taught and
expected.
• Students should maintain cleanliness of classrooms and campus.
Safety & School Property
• Students must take care of school furniture, books, and property.
• Any damage caused intentionally will be recovered from parents.
• Leaving school premises without permission is not allowed.
Parent Cooperation
• Parents must attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
• Any concern regarding a student should be discussed respectfully with teachers or
principal.
• School rules are binding on all students and parents.
FEES POLICY
Pushkar Intermediate College
Fee Structure
• The fee structure is decided by the school management and communicated to parents
at the time of admission.
Fees may include:
• Tuition Fee
• Admission Fee (new students)
• Examination Fee
• Activity / Development Fee
• Fees are subject to revision for the next academic session with prior notice.
Mode of Payment
• Fees can be paid monthly / quarterly / annually as decided by the school.
Accepted modes:
• Cash
• Online transfer (UPI / Bank)
• Parents must collect a proper fee receipt after payment.
Fee Due Date
• Fees must be paid on or before the 10th of every month (or as informed).
• Delay in payment without prior permission will be treated as late payment.
Late Fee & Penalty
A late fee fine may be charged if fees are not paid on time.
Continuous non-payment may lead to:
• Temporary restriction from classes/exams
• Withholding of report card
• Removal of student name from rolls (after notice)
Non-Refundable Policy
• Admission fee and other fees once paid are strictly non-refundable.
• Fees paid for any month or term will not be adjusted or refunded if the student leaves
the school.
Fee Concession / Sibling Discount
Fee concessions, if any, are:
At the sole discretion of the school management
• Applicable only for a limited period
• Sibling discount (if offered) applies only while both children are enrolled.
Examination & Promotion
Students with pending fees may not be allowed to:
• Appear in examinations
• Receive report cards
• Be promoted to the next class
Transport Fees
• Transport fees must be paid separately.
• Transport charges are non-refundable once the service is availed.
Responsibility of Parents
• It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to ensure timely fee payment.
• Any fee-related concern must be discussed with the school office, not with teachers.
Fee Policy Acceptance
By taking admission in Pushkar Intermediate College, parents agree to follow and accept
this Fees Policy without dispute.
